What we actually do with your data.
This page states the operating practice behind briefs, chat, and commissioned systems. It is not a certification wall.
What this site collects
- Project briefs: name, email, and the task you describe. Chat: name, email, and messages if you start a conversation.
- Attribution and abuse-prevention data: referring page, timestamps, IP, and basic device information.
- Google Analytics runs only after you accept cookies. It is denied by default.
Where project data lives
- Commissioned agents connect through your existing tools and APIs with scoped access. Business data stays in your stack rather than being copied into a public Sturox store.
- We use hosting, email, Telegram, and the AI chat workflow only as needed to deliver the site and the engagement.
Retention
- Inquiry and chat records are normally kept for up to 24 months after the last meaningful interaction, then deleted or anonymised unless a contract or law requires longer.
- Security and operational logs are normally retained for up to 90 days.
Your rights
- You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, or objection. Send the request to sturox.company@proton.me.
